Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from VELMÉ™ Jewelry . If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

We offer a 7-day return policy & 15 days exchange policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns.velme@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will share a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
We take great care in packaging and quality inspection. However, please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically to your order.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original product following the steps above and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received the amount, please contact us at velme.care@gmail.com.
